Shamrock Shake Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Splash of soda water
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine spinach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and simple syrup
  • Blend on high speed until smooth
  • Add ice and blend again until well combined
  • Pour mixture into a shaker or jar and shake well
  • Transfer to chilled glasses
  • Add a splash of soda water
  • Top with whipped cream (if desired)
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and chocolate shavings

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with silken tofu or coconut yogurt
  • Almond milk can be replaced with oat milk or coconut milk
