Peach Bellini Mocktail

A vibrant and bubbly Peach Bellini Mocktail that combines fresh peach puree, orange juice, and sparkling water for a refreshing, non-alcoholic twist on the classic. Perfect for weddings, brunches, or any celebratory occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peach puree or canned, unsweetened
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Honey or agave syrup optional, to taste
  • Ice
  • Peach slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend fresh peaches until smooth to make a puree.
  • In a pitcher, mix peach puree, orange juice, and sparkling water.
  • Sweeten with honey or agave syrup, if desired.
  • Serve over ice in champagne flutes and garnish with peach slices.

Notes

For a frosty twist, use frozen peaches in your puree. You can also freeze peach slices for garnish to keep the drink col
