Cupid's Arrow Valentine's Mocktail

A romantic, refreshing mocktail featuring muddled strawberries, cranberry juice, rose syrup, and sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Heart-shaped strawberry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend strawberries and raspberries until smooth.
  • Strain the puree into a shaker.
  • Add lime juice, cranberry juice, and honey (if using) to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  • Fill two glasses with ice.
  • Strain the mixture into the glasses.
  • Top each glass with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a heart-shaped strawberry.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of rose syrup to taste.
To make a heart-shaped strawberry garnish, cut a V-shape into the top of a whole strawberry.
