Berry Bliss Fizz Keto Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3-4 fresh raspberries
  • 2-3 fresh blackberries
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz 30ml sugar-free berry syrup
  • 1/2 oz 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 4 oz 120ml sugar-free lemon-lime soda or seltzer water
  • Berries and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In your shaker, muddle the raspberries, blackberries, and mint leaves gently to release their flavors.
  • Add the sugar-free berry syrup, lemon juice, and a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until everything is well combined and chilled.
  • Fill your tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into your glass.
  • Top off with sugar-free lemon-lime soda or seltzer water.
  • Gently stir to combine.
  • Garnish with a few fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your keto-friendly Berry Bliss Fizz!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar-free syrup.
For a mocktail with a bit more kick, try adding a dash of apple cider vinegar.
You can make a big batch of the berry mixture ahead of time, just add the soda right before serving to keep it fizzy.
